First flush, picked from the end of March to the beginning of April, is the tea leaves picked during the first harvest season of the year, and is eagerly awaited by tea fans around the world. The bright yellow light blue color gives off a greenish aroma reminiscent of the green of the grasslands in spring. This season is especially popular with people in France, Germany, and Japan.
