A spring-picked brand with the scent of fresh greenery and the sweetness of nectar brought about by tea leaves picked from pure China tea fields.
Margaret's Hope Tea Plantation is named after the daughter of the former owner of the tea estate, who loved the area and wished to visit again, but died young during her journey. Green tea leaves carefully picked from the protected pure China tea plantation. The tea liquid poured into the cup is lemon yellow. Enjoy the faint sweetness of floral nectar that melts into the fresh scent of young grass in the meadow. Spring-picked black tea from a prestigious tea garden full of feminine softness and gentleness.
When it becomes a bright yellow tea liquid, it is ready to drink.
It's a delicious brand even if it's iced tea. We especially recommend the cold brew iced tea that is slowly extracted with cold water.

Spring-picked tea arrived early from Margaret's Hope Tea Garden. From the time of tasting, this brand was impressive for its gentle taste and sweetness. As the name of "China Special" attached after the grade, it is a brand that is made by plucking China tea trees. This tea plantation has a reputation for producing gorgeously fragrant brands produced by clonal varieties, but compared to brands made from selected clonal varieties such as AV2 and P312, China varieties generally have better-looking tea leaves. The individuality of the scent is also modest. Meanwhile, the DJ-2 "China Special" this time is a brand that allows you to fully enjoy the charm of the Chinese variety, including the flowery scent and sweetness unique to the Chinese variety, and the pleasant balance of astringency. Margaret's Hope Tea Plantation delivers a variety of unique black teas to us throughout each season with reliable tea processing technology that makes the most of the various planted tea trees and the individuality of the tea leaves picked from them. I can't wait to see what kind of personality I can enjoy in the next season.
Margaret's Hope Tea Plantation is popular for its feminine and gentle taste.
Founded in 1864, located in the Kurseong North area. In addition to the large site of 380 hectares, we also produce black tea from the adjacent sister tea plantation, Edenvale Tea Plantation. Around 1830, there was a small tea plantation in the area named Ballerington Tea Plantation. In 1927, with the help of Mr. John Taylor and Mr. Rongxin, a Chinese, it developed into a tea plantation with a factory equipped with modern machinery. After that, the tea garden will be owned by Mr. Crookshank. One of his two daughters, Margaret, passed away at the young age of 13 during the journey, and the name was changed to the current tea garden. Not only the beauty of the name and the story, but also the taste of the black tea produced at this tea plantation is particularly popular in Japan. Owned by a group company that operates popular tea gardens in the Darjeeling area, such as Castleton Tea Garden and Talbot Tea Garden, we are also working on creative specialty tea production under the experienced manager.
A fragrance nurtured by the Himalayas, Darjeeling
Darjeeling tea is known as one of the world's three major black teas, and is called "the champagne of black tea" due to its delicate and strong aroma. Even if you don't like black tea, it's a famous production area. Darjeeling has three distinct quality seasons: spring, summer and autumn. Harvested in late March and early April, the First Flush is the tea leaves picked during the first harvest season of the year that tea fans around the world await. The bright yellow light blue gives off a greenish scent reminiscent of the green of the grasslands filled with the breath of spring. It's a particularly popular season for people in France, Germany, and Japan.
