A refreshing scent reminiscent of herbs and citrus.
This quality tea comes from a tea-producing area, Dooars, located between Darjeeling and Assam. Most teas produced here are made by a CTC method going well with milk. This tea garden, however, produces only high-quality teas by an orthodox method and even introduced organic production first in the area. Enjoy this tea's lemon-yellow colour and a refreshing flavour reminiscent of herbs and citrus fruits going down your throat like a spring breeze.

In the past few years, we have introduced summer-picked black tea from the Dooars Puthar Jhora Tea Garden, but in 2023 we will be able to introduce First Flush for the first time.
The Dooars region, which is adjacent to the Assam region, is an area that produces tea with a strong and rich taste similar to Assam tea. Compared to Darjeeling, it is a low-grown region with a lower altitude, so the temperature is high throughout the year, and the production of spring-picked black tea begins in February. The tea-making process, including picking, takes place early in the morning or later in the evening when the temperature is cooler, avoiding the hot daytime.
This lot produced in this way has greenish leaves all over, and contains many core buds covered with silver downy hairs, and its appearance and first impression of taste are similar to Darjeeling's First Flush. .
The sweet, mellow and gentle mouthfeel is layered with a green scent and a clean herbal aftertaste that leaves a refreshing aftertaste.
Please enjoy the taste of spring that arrived early.
